After the tips on wedding gowns, we now talk about the venue. Things to consider are your budget, location, its availability, capacity, facilities, and of course your motif. Let’s discuss this one by one.
First is your budget, well practically, you cannot have a venue beyond your budget, or you’ll find yourself stressed out on finding ways to pay for all your expenses right after the wedding ceremony which will spoil your mood on the early years of your married lives.  Set a number range, in this way you could also trim down your choices and focus on those that are within your established rates.
After you have set the budget, check on the availability of your chosen venue. You need to book it as early as six months before your wedding date in order to ensure that on that day, that place is yours.  You should also consider its location, especially if the wedding ceremony and the reception is of two different places. Make sure it’s not way too far from each other so you’ll save time in transferring from one place to another, thus not annoying your guests. Also, you have to check on the capacity of the venue whether it could accommodate your estimated number of guests. You should also decide whether to hire an outside caterer or stick with the catering package your venue offers if there is any, it would be practical if you would just be getting the services of the same venue you are renting, it would minimize the hassles of dealing with different people. Check the facilities, whether it suits your expectations and also if it fits your motif for your wedding day. The ambiance is also important, if the place seems really romantic and relaxing and somewhere that not only the guests, but especially the couple, enjoys and appreciates a lot.
Try to get a hold on some of this tips, it’s a once in a lifetime experience for a couple so we have to make sure everything would go as smooth and perfect as it could be.

Share the memories. Keep it special.

One important aspect of a wedding is to make it memorable. In order to do that, we have to plan everything carefully and consider all the details. And speaking of memories, what was left after everything are the pictures. This is one detail that is sometimes overlooked or taken for granted because the couple are too busy on the major parts. However, I would say, this is one major part. So here are some tips in order to make your wedding memories really precious.
In choosing the photographer, you should first consider his experience. Is he a beginner or an expert already? Ask for samples of other weddings he has photographed, so more or less you could have an idea what the pictures would look like after. In this way you could establish trust and also, you could point out some details to him on how would you like your pictures to look like. Try also to research on the feedbacks on this photographer, you may search the net or ask some friends who might have hired his services before or knew someone who did. Be certain on who would be your official photographer, do not just focus on the company, but the individual who would handle your wedding photography. It is better if you could have personal or face-to-face interaction with him/her so you could get to talk to him/her first and might be able to give instructions on how would you wants everything to go. Of course you also need to consider your budget. Is his rate within your range? Be practical and smart. Ask for the delivery time, how long it would take before you could get a hold of your pictures and see everything that happened in print. Be careful in signing the contract, read it well and make sure what’s written there are also the terms you and the photographer has agreed upon before the deal was closed. Consider your terms regarding deposits and payments. You may never know if the one you hired would really show up or not. Be very careful and alert.
